About me...

Victoria trained as a professional ballet dancer at the Arts Educational School and the Central School of Ballet with an added bonus of private tuition with Dame Merle Park. She has danced with the Boston Ballet, the Houston Ballet and the Ballet Nationale de Marseille under Roland Petit.

She made her stage debut at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden at the tender age of 11 dancing a solo in the Opera Falstaff with the late Sir Geraint Evans. Other performances include the Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty with the late Rudolph Nureyev with the London Festival Ballet (now the English National Ballet).

After injury curtailed her career, she went into the world of Interior Design and worked for a number of leading companies before starting up on her own following the birth of her daughter! However her love of the performing arts meant that she never really left and has taught ballet to adults and children alike for the last seven years.

During the current pandemic over the last 18 months it has been her mission to continue to look after the welfare, mental health and wellbeing of her students. Having taken her classes on line, she ran weekly ‘check ins’ with them and together with her team provided innovative and interactive classes throughout the year groups. There has been such a positive feedback from students and parents alike and she has been delighted to see the students confidence blossom through this channel.

Now that her school is back to the ‘new normal’ she is looking forward in continuing to give her students the opportunity to develop, be able to express themselves in a safe environment, improve their mental health and wellbeing and hearing all the cheerful banter and laughter in the corridors as students prepare for their classes! She is a strong believer in the discipline and healing power of the Performing Arts and is dedicated to giving her students every opportunity to perform and grow in confidence. A life skill that will stay with them throughout their lives, whatever path they choose to follow.
